  • Who counts as a qualified referral?
    • A qualified referral is a restaurant contact that is a decision maker with the authority to contract Fourth services on behalf of the restaurant that is not already a Fourth / HotSchedules customer.
  • How do I submit a referral?
    • Referrals must be submitted through Fourth’s online referral form at the provided URL: https://www.fourth.com/feature/customer-referral-program.

      You’ll need to provide your full name, email and company name as well as the person you are referring’s contact details: full name, email, company, phone and role.
  • Is there a time limit for each referral?
    • To earn a $100 gift card for each qualified referral, the qualified referral must take a meeting with sales, meeting with Fourth within 30 days of the referral date.

      To earn an additional $750 gift card for each qualified referral, the qualified referral must become a HotSchedules customer by completing a qualified HotSchedules order within 6 months of the referral date.

  • How and when will I receive my referral rewards?
    • Referral rewards will be paid in the form of cash gift cards. You will receive an email notification once a sales meeting is completed with a Qualified Referral or once the referral becomes a HotSchedules customer, and arrangements for payment will be made at that time.
  • Are there any limits to the number of referrals I can make?
    • No, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit, or the eligible referral rewards you can receive while the program is in effect.
  • I'm not a HotSchedules expert, how should I talk about it?
    • You don’t need to be an expert, just share your experience using HotSchedules. The Fourth team will take care of explaining all the benefits and how it makes sense for their business.

      You know your relationship the best, starting the conversation could sound like: “Hi, I’m going to refer you to learn more about HotSchedules. I use it at my current job, and I love it. It’s so awesome, convenient, easy to use...” or whatever you love about it.
  • How will Fourth contact the person I referred?
    • A sales team member will reach out to your referral with the contact details provided. They will share more about the HotSchedules and how it could be a win for their business.
  • How will I know my referral has been received by Fourth?
    • Once you submit a referral you will receive an email confirmation to the email you provided for your contact details. If you submit more than one referral, you will receive a confirmation for each submission.

      We will also send emails to confirm as your referral moves through the process. You will receive an email for each stage.

      •When your referral’s meeting with Fourth is scheduled.
      •When Your referral’s meeting with Fourth is completed. At this point, we will send you the details to claim your reward.
      •When your referral becomes a HotSchedules customer and has been live for 30 days. At this point, we will send you details for claim the additional reward.
  • How long do these terms and conditions apply?
    • These terms and conditions are effective until terminated by Fourth, and Fourth may modify them at any time without notice. However, certain provisions will survive expiration or termination, as outlined in the terms.
  • What is the governing law and dispute resolution process for the program?
    • Disputes relating to the program will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Austin, Texas. The laws of the State of Texas govern these terms and conditions.
